Lean and mean! The Squier Bullet Special is a no-nonsense tone machine with the looks to get you noticed. Sporting one hot humbucker, chrome hardware, and a single volume knob, it will separate you from the pack. It features a bolt-on maple neck with a rosewood fretboard, 21 medium frets, and hardtail bridge.
This one was made in Indonesia and shows little signs of use. I’ve filed the fret ends to be as smooth as a MIM or MIA Fender, replaced the plastic nut with graphite and added roller trees, which should add up to great tuning stability so you can keep playing instead of tuning! I was going to replace the tuners as well, but the original tuners really surprised me with their smooth action and stability, even with the stock 1:14 gears. I’ve set this up with reasonably low action without fret buzzing. You’re going to love playing this instrument!
